WeMeet Pro - Terms of Service

WeMeet Pro's Terms of Service outline the rules that govern our relationship with users. These terms form a legally binding contract between users and WeMeet Pro technology pte ltd. By using the Services, users agree to the Terms. If users do not agree with the Terms, they should not use the Services.

  1. When you visit our Site

We may use tracking technology like cookies, pixel tags, and web beacons to collect information about your visits to our site, including your browsing history, how long you stay on the site, and how often you visit. We may also collect location information from your mobile device when you interact with our site, including your IP address and general geographic location. If you register for an account using your Facebook, Apple, or Google account, WeMeet Pro may also collect information from those platforms with your consent. WeMeet Pro may ask for access to your device's address book and use the information stored there to facilitate the use of its services. However, you should always seek consent before sharing someone else's contact information with WeMeet Pro.

 

  1. During usage of the App

WeMeet Pro collects and stores personal and non-personal information about users, including mandatory information such as gender, name, and date of birth, as well as optional information such as mobile phone number, email address, and descriptions of interests. WeMeet Pro may also collect and store information about devices used to access the app, including device model and IP address, and activity within the app, including usage statistics and location data. WeMeet Pro may also collect and store user-generated content, including text messages, photos, videos, and other communications. Payment information may be collected for transactions made through the WeMeet Pro item shop, but this information is transmitted securely to a third-party vendor and is not stored by WeMeet Pro. WeMeet Pro may also collect error-reporting information to improve app stability.

 

  1. Your User Profile

WeMeet Pro collects and uses personal information for the purpose of providing its services, including connecting users, facilitating video and audio calls, allowing users to share their profiles, handling payments, and analyzing site usage. The company may also use personal information for administrative purposes, networking opportunities, location tracking, marketing, and legal compliance. WeMeet Pro processes data based on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and legal compliance. To ensure that WeMeet Pro remains a safe and respectful platform, we've created standards defining and prohibiting content that is harmful or inappropriate for our users. If the user violates the terms, the account will be banned.

We don't allow UGC that contain or promote sexual content or profanity, including pornography, or any content or services intended to be sexually gratifying. We don’t allow content that appear to promote a sexual act in exchange for compensation.

WeMeet Pro may share your personal information and User Content with its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, professional advisors, regulatory authorities, and any potential buyers or transferees of its business. Your User Content may also be made public and may be viewed and shared by others, even if you remove it from the App. WeMeet Pro is not responsible for any misuse of the information you share or submit through the App.

 

  1. Direct Marketing

We may use your personal information to send you marketing messages and updates about our services. We will ask for your consent before doing so and you can opt out at any time. We may also analyze your preferences and online behavior to customize the content and types of products and services we present to you.

  1. Data Access and Removal

You can control what information you share with us through the app or on your mobile device. You can also remove the app from your device entirely. If you want to delete your account, we will try our best to remove your data from our servers, but this may not be possible due to legal requirements. Please note that deleting your data may prevent us from providing the service to you.
